Hi there, I'm Mehdi Esfandiari, and I believe in the transformative power of gratitude, mindfulness, and self-love. My journey began in the vibrant city of Kerman, Iran, where I was born to Afghan parents who fled their homeland seeking safety and stability. Growing up as a refugee, I faced challenges that shaped my perspective on life and the importance of appreciating every blessing, no matter how small. My passion for spreading positivity and mindfulness didn’t develop overnight—it was the result of years of introspection, personal growth, and a life-changing event that shifted my entire outlook. Four years ago, I experienced a profound turning point that led me to rediscover my connection with the divine, embrace a life of gratitude, and dedicate myself to helping others do the same. I authored Grateful Man as a tribute to the male body and a guide to cultivating self-love and body appreciation. The positive response from readers who found solace, inspiration, and a new perspective in Grateful Man fueled my desire to continue this journey. That’s when Grateful Lady was born—a heartfelt exploration of femininity, body positivity, and the power of self-love for women.
